Paneer Bhurji

Ingredients:
Oil – 2 tsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1 pinch
Shredded/crumbled  Paneer – 2 cups
Onion-  ¼ large
Green Chilies 3-4
Ginger – ½”
Dhaniya powder -  1 tsp
Jeera powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Green Pepper – 1 medium size

Tomato – 1 medium size


Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan. Add jeera. After the jeera crackles, add green chilies, ginger, onion and turmeric. Sauté until onion is translucent.
Add chopped green pepper, cook for a few minutes before adding tomatoes. Continue cooking for a 2 more minutes before adding the spices i.e. dhaniya, jeera, garam masala, chilli powder(optional) and salt. Add crumbled or shredded paneer and cook for another 3-4
